Waterton Lakes is one of the first National Parks in Canada to trial the BTW urine diversion seat.  They opted to design and build their own building retrofit.  Shane Mackintosh is the project lead, and he reports great success with essentially zero odor.  They took great care to seal the building and ventilate the structure well.
